  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
    • Master degree in any field related to automotive is an advantage
    • At least minimum of 3 years workshop experience
    • At least minimum of 2 years teaching experience

  • Requirements

  • Requirements

AUTOMOTIVE TRAINER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess Degree/Master in Automotive Engineering or any engineering field with major in Automotive
    • Minimum of 2 years workshop experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Technician or Motor After Sale Industry
    • Must be able to teach theory and practical subjects
    • Good presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English
    • Develop training aids, such as power point presentation, job sheet, instructions guides, and student hand-outs
    • Identify, arrange & coordinate for the materials/facilities needed for the conduct of the programme /course
    • Prepare and organize workshop, tools, equipment and other necessary materials for student practical training

AUTOMOTIVE TRAINER (BODY & PAINT)

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Level 3 SKM + VTO (Body & Paint)
    • At least Diploma in body Repair Technology + 3 years industry experience or
    • At least Degree in body repair Technology + 5 years industry experience
    • At least minimum of 3 years industry experience
    • At least minimum of 2 years teaching experience
    • Knowledgeable in ARC, TIG/MIG, Gas Welding
    • Computer knowledge: Microsoft office and internet literate
    • Good presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English

JPK TRAINER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Level 3 SKM + VTO
    • At least minimum of 3 years industry experience
    • At least minimum of 2 years teaching experience
    • Able to develop programme document (WIM)
    • Knowledgable in diagnosing, adjust, repair or overhaul motorcycles, scooters or similar motorized vehicles
    • Computer knowledge: Microsoft office and internet literate
    • Good presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English

SUPERBIKE TECHNICIAN TRAINER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certification or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 3
    • Vocational Instructor Certification (VTO) is an added advantage
    • At least minimum of 2 years of working experience in the industry in the same field and has previous experience as a trainer
    • Prepare and organize workshop, tools, equipment and other necessary materials for student practical training
    • Good presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English
    • Able to develop programme document (WIM)
    • Knowledgable in diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul motorcycles, scooters, or similar motorized vehicles

REGISTRAR OFFICER

  • Requirements
    • Responsible for managing all student database processes in accordance with current registration standards and guidelines, and established processes.
    • Liaise with parents/students on their academic progress/payment.
    • Organize/conduct entrance assessments for prospective applicants.
    • Other administrative duties related to the Registry Department.

JUNIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Certificate, Diploma or equivalent Graphic Design/Multimedia or any equivalent field with atleast 2 years works experience
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe InDesign
    • Proficient in other software is an additional advantage
    • Able to work with minimal supervisory
    • To support Communication Department tasks and event support
    • The candidate must be organised and able to handle deadlines
    • The candidate must be creative, dynamic and with the ability to think out of the box
    • Good in handle photo and video shooting and editing is an advantage

INTERN GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must be in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Advertising/Animation or any equivalent field
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign and any equivalent software
    • Candidate will be involved in the online and offline design
    • Assist pre-production up to post-production

  • Requirements

IT / MULTIMEDIA

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must be in Computer Science/Information Technology/Multimedia or any equivalent field
    • Preferable with knowledge on troubleshoot database, networking, software and hardware
    • Proficient in PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MYSQL and any equivalent software

ASSISTANT MANAGER- ADMIN DEPARTMENT

  • Requirements
    • Staff Reporting: Health & Safety Officer / Security / Purchasing and Asset Management
    • Ensure that all purchases are well researched for applicability, price, quality and after sales service.
    • Continuously expand the range of suppliers and service providers for better service, price and variety.
    • Ensure all purchases are stocked with zero discrepancy.
    • Continuously make TOC a safer place for all its population in terms of infrastructure and user - utilization through awareness and enforcement.
    • Ensure security of all assets and facility against misuse, destruction, or theft.
    • Ensure that TOC is in pristine and attractive condition all the time.
    • Continuously expand the range of facilities required by TOC and its population for better efficiency in terms of price, speed, quality and variety.
    • Research college utilization need and compare quality of various suppliers before purchase.
    • Set and maintain an efficient and effective asset management process.
    • Research on efficient ways to ensure zero-loss/damage to TOC's assets or the ability to recover the 1 oss/ damage
    • Regularly research on the need of a few facility to provide and in its provision, ensure that it is exceptional service and cost effective.

JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least an SPM / STPM / A-Level, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
    • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
    • Working experience: 1 to 2 years. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Contact, appointment and side visit to Automotive Service Centres and/or workshops for signing memorandum of agreement (MOA)
    • Sourcing and identifying for potential Automotive workshop
    • Other related tasks assigned by the superior as the need arises

JUNIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy
    • At least minimum of 1 years working experience
    • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
    • Candidate must be sensitive to numbers and have a sense of urgency in carrying out the work
    • Good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills and able to work with minimum supervision
    • Liaise with students, parents or any other related parties to collect and follow up on collections
    • Minimize defaults and debts for all collections
    • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of credit control procedures, etc.
    • Good command of English spoken and written is an advantage

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level, Certificate or Diploma
    • Candidate must possess excellent communication and listening skills
    • Candidate must be passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines
    • Actively seeking out new opportunities through cold calling, events, networking and social media
    • Analyze current market trends and brainstorm the course of actions to achieve given targets

    • Candidate must be passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines
    • Answer all lead and client questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current prospects
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, networking and social media
    • Build up teamwork among team members and assist executives to achieve goals given by the Manager

INTERNATIONAL OFFICER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level, Certificate or Diploma
    • Candidate must possess excellent communication and listening skills
    • Candidate must be passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines
    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective agents, government officer, international students; schedule and follow up for visa renewal , visa application, student application & etc
    • Able to travel in & out to the government department & airport & etc ( klang valley)
    • Answer all lead and agent/ international student questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and their questions as needed.
    • Maintain positive relationships in the effort to facilitate the communication between students & college / college & agents / college & government departments.
    • Track all appointments, visa related reports, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
    • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and Manager feedback.

SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ degree in Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or in a related field
    • To liaise with the relevant authorities regarding issues related to safety, health & environment
    • To assist in ensuring the smooth operations of the safety, health & environmental aspects of the company
    • To ensure that all employees comply with the safety, health & environment regulations of the company
    • Review the risks and opportunities, HIRARC, Aspect – Impact for all new and current machines/equipment/activities of the company
    • Review & maintain ISO9001:2015 Certification of the company
    • Prepare monthly safety report and submit to immediate superior timely
    • Undertake any other assignment as assigned by the superior from time to time

  • Requirements
    • Strong office skills are a must as this position requires typing, printing, scanning, copying, data entry, report updating, filing and scheduling appointments

  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess min a Diploma qualification; preferably in Human Resource Management.
    • Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
    • Required skills (s) : MS Office
    • To assist in managing the Human Resource (HR) functions by rendering the best support to the department and ensuring the HR operation is running smoothly.
    • Calling, arranging and emailing for invitation to the suitable candidates to come for interview
    • Preparing Contract For Service or Offer Letter to the selected candidate
